SECTION B: Community Interest Statement – Activities & Related Benefit

Please indicate how it is proposed that the company’s activities will benefit the community, or a section of the community.  Please provide as much detail as possible to enable the CIC Regulator to make an informed decision about whether your proposed company is eligible to become a community interest company. It would be useful if you were to explain how you think your company will be different from a commercial company providing similar services or products for individual or personal gain.

To make members responsible for the movements direction and financial decisions through a voting network of members, each given a total member count divided by 100 votes as a percentage.
50 members will equate to 2% voting where 200 members equate to a ½ percent voting right.
The voting breakdown will consist of two parts. Master members who are Spiritualist churches, small companies dedicated to the work of spiritualism and falling below the above given financial threshold and financially comfortable members that promote without the need for financial recompense. And Members who are any other person; and shall be weighted 55 to 45 in favour of the Master Members.
In the name of developing the website and ability of members to network a 65% or greater voting percentage win triggers the action.
 
If the company makes any surplus it will be used for…
 
The company’s secondary goal is to then utilise a significant proportion of its available resources to administer funding to those groups, people, organisations or charities the membership as a whole deem supportable or worthy of donation too.

To develop fundraising activities that compliment and to use on site shops, organisations, products or services to generate finances by advertising and membership fees. To hold quarterly promotions at major event centres to generate memberships, activity. knowledge and understanding

 
 
 
 
 
To allow specific advertising to this site that promotes as a whole by restricting those advertisers to controlled maximum charges. Except where in the case of cottage industries where last year’s turnover figures will be utilised as the control. This becomes part of the bringing spiritualism into the 21st century policy where current understanding and knowledge lags way behind the truth and fact. (c)  Form IN01- you need to indicate that the proposed company is adopting bespoke articles.
(d) Any completed continuation sheets
(e) A cheque or postal order for £35 made payable to Companies House
